Prince2 Examination Results.

In agreement with the APMG Ltd. examination results will not be released to any candidate unless and until the invoice raised by B & M Prince Ltd. is paid in full.

Data Protection Act & Examination Results:

"The starting point is the explicit statement in the Data Protection Act that the candidate's response in an examination is his/hers intellectual property and cannot be divulged without consent.
Where candidates take an examination in company time which is ordered and paid for by their employer then it is reasonable to assume that this is relevant to the employers business and that the employee would expect the results, pass/fail, to be available to the employer. The situation where the candidate attends in the employer's time and with their consent, orders and pays himself but recovers the cost through an expense system, does not fall within this definition. As a matter of good form we should always ensure that the candidate receives the result before it is provided to the employer.
The detailed result/analysis of the test should only be released to the employer with the candidate's explicit consent. Employers can get this information through the candidate, if that is a problem that is for them to sort out. We should not risk getting involved. Most employment conditions give the employer the right to intellectual property produced by employees although I have never heard of this being invoked in relation to examination results.
It is perhaps obvious that when a candidate gives consent by signing P2011 and the results are put by us into the public domain that we can then give employers a listing."
