Overview of course
An intensive and interactive course that covers the
aspects of PRINCE2® as defined
by the APMG for the Foundation Examination. The syllabus covers
definitions of a project; what constitutes success, starting a project,
the components of PRINCE2, the main processes of PRINCE2 during
the project lifecycle and their inter-relationship. Covered in detail
are the Techniques, product-based planning and quality reviews;
Processes, Controlling a Stage and Managing Product Delivery.
Pre-course work is sent out up to two weeks in advance.
The course runs Tuesday to Wednesday. For delegates taking the Foundation examination the Thursday will comprise a morning of exam practice and techniques with the exam in the afternoon (PFNE). Why attend?
To enable people who will not be expected to manage a project under PRINCE2 but who will be working on PRINCE2 projects to gain an understanding of the PRINCE2 method. The course covers all the classroom preparation required for the Foundation exam. Designed for
